此產品為M'cook系列，使用高品質18/10不銹鋼，五層(5-LAYER)高性能結構，更加堅固耐用。提供良好的導熱性和均勻傳熱。適用烤箱、直火、電磁爐

║使用注意事項║

1.由於鍋體外層與把手皆為純銅材質，製作完成後只要一與空氣接觸，表面即會因氧化而產生深淺程度不同的紋路，或局部有霧狀的氧化情形，此為正常現象，而非瑕疵，請安心使用。

2.第一次使用前和使用後，請以熱肥皂水仔細清洗鍋具，洗淨後請立即拭乾。

3.若收到商品時或使用一段時間後，發現表面產生氧化現象，可使用市售銅油清潔保養。若無銅油，也可以取一顆檸檬對剖後，沾取少許鹽巴，以畫圓方式輕輕拭除氧化的痕跡，再用清水沖洗並立即擦拭至完全乾燥，即可恢復光亮。

4.本鍋具適用於烤箱、瓦斯爐、電爐、鹵素爐和電陶爐。由於銅材料非磁性物質，電磁爐無法感應，並請絕對避免使用於微波爐。

5.銅鍋導熱速度快，建議使用中小火烹調，加熱火源請勿超過鍋體底部面積，避免因燃料燃燒不完全造成外表污損；拿取時也請使用隔熱手套。

6.銅鍋外層請使用中性洗劑，建議使用如海綿之較柔軟的工具清潔，請勿使用金屬刷具，以免刮傷表面。內層為不銹鋼材質則無此限制。
